All D’ Margaret products are “non-refundable”. Returns are accepted within 14 days of receiving order for EITHER an exchange with an item of the same value or a store credit in the form of a gift card.
Conditions of Return / Exchanges
- Full priced items (sale items are non-refundable)
- Unworn & Unwashed
- Hygiene sticker in place and original tags attached
- Must be returned with original D’ Margaret Luxury Box
- Please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
- Store credit can be used to purchase a new size or style and does not expire.
- For Australia customers, please include a 500 g prepaid postage satchel for your new item to be posted back to you.
Faulty or Incorrect Item
- Every product we send out is initially check by our quality control team. In an unlikely event that you have received a faulty or incorrect item, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org as soon as possible so we can start the return or exchange process. In this case, D’ Margaret will bare the return shipping costs, so please keep your postage receipt and we will reimburse you the full amount of the swimwear and the postage in a form of a store credit once we received the item back. You can then use this store credit to purchase anything you like in our range of collection.
