SHIPPING POLICY

 

  • Orders will be shipped with in 1 business day and a tracking number will be provided. Watch out for this email so you can track the progress of your order.
  • AUSTRALIA orders will be shipped with STARTRACK EXPRESS via Australia Post Network and all INTERNATIONAL orders will be shipped with DHL EXPRESS.
  • DHL EXPRESS requires a signature on delivery.
  • Please note that International shipments may be subject to import taxes, duties and custom fees that are levied once the package reaches the country of destination and are the responsibility of the recipient. We are also unable to re-direct orders once they have been dispatched, so double check all shipping details are entered correctly.
  • Our products are encased with a luxury box/packaging. For this reason, we are CANNOT ship it to PO boxes, letterbox or leave the packages unattended at your front door. Make sure you provide your daytime delivery street address and contact phone number.
  • In the event where a parcel is not claimed/refused by the receiver, DHL will attempt re-delivery. If DHL and/or our team is unable to arrange a re-delivery by DHL’s cut-off time, the parcel will be destroyed and/or abandoned by authorities in the receiving country. Consequently, there will be no refunds for unclaimed or refused parcels.
  • D’ Margaret does not hold responsibility for any delays caused by DHL express especially during busy seasons; Estimated delivery times are to be used as a guide only, however these are the best delivery estimations available. Damaged, lost or stolen packages will be the shipping/courier company’s responsibilities.
  • If the package is Returned To Sender, you will be issued a full refund in the form of a store credit or gift card, however you will be required to pay the re-delivery fee.
